Touch a Truck

We took the girls to Touch a Truck. It took both girls a little bit
to warm up to the loud noises of the trucks horns and sirens.
Eventually they had fun. Abi's favorite was the city bus, she did not
want to get off. And we went back to it a couple times.

Look Gramps, we checked out the big rig!!

Gifts from Grams. The girls loved sticking these all
over, especially Leah.

"Monkey" Adam

Unkie Adam came for a quick visit. We were
so glad he was here! Love ya bro!

Bouncing Leah

This is usually what Leah is doing while
waiting for someone to get her after taking her nap.

Mary Poppins

A few weeks ago I took Abi to see Mary Poppins.
We dressed in our pretty clothes and had a fun night!
Since Mommy did not leave any time for dinner before we left,
we had pretzels and chocolate chip cookies during intermission.
Oops, oh well it was fun anyways.

Apache

A friend of ours flies Apache's for the National Guard.
He and his family are raising support to go to Africa and
serve as missionaries. He flew into Southwestern College to
speak at the students chapel. So we went to see him
land and take off. We brought our neighbors with us too.

The girls got a chance to sit in the pilots seat and
see whats its like in there. Of course, leave it to Leah to
be the one to push a button or two.
